Roto Pumps has strong roots in manufacturing engineering and has over the years been able to develop efficient manufacturing processes both in the field of metal cutting and rubber processing. Spread over a combined factory area of 20,000 sq. meters.

Roto’s machine shop includes sophisticated machines, including CNC machines, Special Purpose Machines, In House Tool Room, Skilled manpower and strict Process Controls ensures consistent world class quality components.


Pump Testing capabilities:

Roto’s SCADA based testing facility for Progressive cavity pumps and Twin screw pumps includes below capabilities.

  • Mechanical test run up to 250 kW
  • Performance test
  • Flow rate up to 950 m3/hr for oil
  • Pressure up to 40 Bar
  • Power up to 250 kW
  • NPSH test
  • Other tests
  • Wider conformity for testing pumps to API, HIS &VDMA standards.
  • Rich experience in handling third party inspection from agencies like Lloyds, BVQI, SGS, IRS, EIL, DNV, Baxcounsel, TUV Nord etc.

The system of quality assurance at ROTO guarantees compliance with numerous national / international standards. The manufacturing units are certified for conformance with quality surveillance systems.
